Course overview
The 26K run starts in San Martino di Castrozza, an important tourist destination both in wintertime and summertime located in the Natural Park Paneveggio – Pale di San Martino. Immediately after the start, the course coincides with the one of the 42 K. A forest road takes you to Malga Crel and then to Calaita Lake, the highest point of the course, which continues through the Lozen Valley and reaches the Gobbera Pass (Vanoi Valley) through paths in the wood and forest roads. A mountain road will take you down to the finish line in Fiera di Primiero passing over the villages Imer and Mezzano.
